EasyPC Training refund policy
Cancellations
If EasyPC Training reschedules your course, and you are not satisfied with the offered rescheduled dates, then you may request a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your course, a full refund will be given when cancellation is notified more than 1 week prior to the training date. Otherwise a refund, less an administration charge of $75, will be given.
All refunds are processed within 3 working days of notification of cancellation.
If you wish to defer your course, an administration charge of $50 will be made if the change is notified less than 1 week prior to the original course date.
Where a refund is requested for a cancellation made by the client, any credit card processing fees will be payable by the client.
Please note that there is no refund for same-day cancellations.
