EasyPC Training refund policy
Cancellations
If EasyPC Training cancels your course or a confirmed training session, you will get a full refund.
If you cannot attend a course or a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when cancellation is notified more than 1 week prior to the training date. Otherwise a refund, less an administration charge of $75, will be given.
All refunds are processed within 3 working days of notification of cancellation.
If you want to defer a course or a confirmed training session, an administration charge of $50 will be made if the change is notified less than 1 week prior to the original course date.
Please note that there is no refund for same-day cancellations.

If you are unhappy with any of our services, please contact EasyPC Training in writing, and we will endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory outcome.
